It looks as if the FCC will rule on broadcast and cable EEO policies and 3G at its public meeting next week. The agency will consider a Second Report and Order concerning new broadcast and cable equal employment opportunity rules and policies as well as a rulemaking on service rules for Advanced Wireless Services in the 1.7 GHz and 2.1 GHz bands. Also, the Spectrum Policy Task Force is expected to report on its findings and recommendations relating to the Commission’s spectrum policy.
