The FCC has upheld a fine of $14,000 against Gibson Tech Ed Inc. of Orem, Utah, for marketing two models of unauthorized FM broadcast transmitters. The Enforcement Bureau proposed the fine last September; the FCC said in its latest decision that Gibson did not reply, so now the agency has now issued the forfeiture lrder.
Gibson has 30 days to pay.
