All the commissioners are expected to attend.

Radio broadcasters slated to speak are Bill Baldwin, executive VP of Hall Communications and GM of WLPA(AM)/WROZ(FM) in Lancaster, Pa., and WSJW(FM) in York, Pa.; and Lauri Lebo, reporter for the York Daily Record and owner of WWII(AM).

The commission is holding a series of hearings across the country as it reviews its media ownership rules.
