The FCC’s Reference Information Center re-opens to the public Monday (Jan. 5). It has been closed to the public since Dec. 21, when the Homeland Security Alert System threat level increased. Security precautions are in effect: visitors must use the 12th Street entrance and be accompanied by an FCC staffer to the reference center.
