Because Daylight Savings Time has been extended into November, the FCC said AM daytimers should continue to use their October pre-sunrise and post-sunset service hours during the first three days of November.
Daylight Savings Time ends Sunday, Nov. 4. The clarification applies only to those AM daytimers in areas that observe DST, according to the FCC.
