The FCC’s Media Bureau is ready to grant several Auction 37 construction permits, once it receives final payments by July 28. The list of 11 FM allocations includes Cumulus Broadcasting, in Lennox, S.D.; Alleycat Communications, in Las Animas, Colo. and Hispanic Target Media in Zapata, Texas. The commission has reached this stage with 33 other frequencies.
