FCC Rejects Infinity’s Indecency Argument

FCC Rejects Infinity's Indecency Argument

No. No. No. And: No.
The FCC said “no” to Infinity Broadcasting’s fourth request that the commission reconsider a $27,500 indecency fine for material that aired during the “Deminsky and Doyle Show” in January of 2002.
Infinity argued that enforcing the agency’s indecency statues is unconstitutional. The FCC said in its latest decision it had already rejected this argument, and since Infinity did not bring any new material to the latest request, it was rejecting it again.
