FCC Talks EEO This Week

Two always-contentious issues are on the agenda at this week’s FCC meeting: EEO and spectrum policy.
The commission meets Thursday morning. Among the items it will consider is a second Report and Order concerning new equal employment opportunity rules and policies for broadcast and cable.
Also, the FCC’s task force on spectrum policy will report on its findings.
