The FCC’s Peter Doyle said there isn’t a lot he can say about the IBOC rules commissioners recently passed because the final text is not out.
However, the Audio Division chief did say, “I think we’re close to getting an item out and we’ll get it to the Federal Register as quickly as we can.” He spoke in a session about changes in FCC rules due to go into effect or that have become effective recently.
