Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth has welcomed a new broadcast lawyer to its ranks.
Bob Winteringham, former deputy general counsel at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, has joined the firm as Of Counsel, focusing on public broadcasting clients and advising stations and other CPB grant recipients with CPB grant compliance issue.
Winteringham worked for 15 years with CPB’s Office of General Counsel, serving in his former position from 2005–13. He also has experience collaborating with CPB financial reporting compliance professionals through the Public Media Consulting Group.
He is a graduate of Indiana University — Bloomington’s law school, where he was the articles editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal.
