First Broadcasting, Alta Link Up

First Broadcasting Investments and Alta Communications, an equity group, announced the formation of First Broadcasting Investment Partners LLC to “acquire, improve and operate radio stations across the
country.”
The new company is owned and financed 80 percent by First Broadcasting Investments, LP and 20 percent by Alta affiliated funds.
Ronald Unkefer will be chairman. Gary M. Lawrence is president and vice chairman of the Board. David Jacobs, is managing director of business development.
