Patrick Communications has announced that First Media Radio has sold four of its Pennsylvania stations. Seven Mountains Media will be acquiring the assets while Southern Belle LLC will take over the licenses of WIEZ(AM), Lewistown; WLAK(FM), Huntingdon; WMRF(FM), Lewistown; and WZWW(FM), Bellefonte.
The price is $2,075,000. Patrick Communications was the broker.
First Media Radio is a Middle Atlantic region owner with stations in North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania.
