The Media Bureau of the FCC will accept settlements until Sept. 19, from parties that want to settle pending proceedings to amend the FM Table of Allotments. Earlier this month, the commission proposed such settlements in a rule making to streamline the FM allocation process. The settlement window will last for 90 days.
