FM Auction Preparation Dates Released

The FCC has announced filing requirements, minimum opening bids, upfront payments and more for Auction 62, when 172 new FM frequencies go on the block. The agency will not accept FM commercial and noncommercial minor change applications during the application window for the auction. The window for Form 175 applications opens July 27 and closes Aug. 12. The auction is set to begin Nov. 1.
