Larry Gifford goes to ESPN Radio next month as PD. He fills a position left vacant by Peter Gianesini, who was promoted to senior director of programming in August.
Prior to joining ESPN Radio, Gifford was program director for sports station WBNS(AM) “The Fan” in Columbus, Ohio.
Gifford served as sports director for Fox Sports Radio before working at The Fan. “I think I now know what it must feel like to win the Heisman,” he said.
