Former Pricewaterhouse Consultant Tapped to Head HR for ABC Inc.

Susan Dumond is the new vice president of human resources for ABC Inc. effective June 28, and will be based in Burbank, Calif. She had been a managing consultant for IBM Business Consulting Services – formerly Pricewaterhouse Coopers Consulting – for the last seven years, where she offered organizational development, change management and business transformation support to companies. Prior to that position, she was a principal consultant with Survey Design Consultants Inc. and a literary agent for The Coppage Company, where she represented screen and television writers.
In her role at ABC, Dumond will be responsible for recruiting, organizational development, training and diversity/HR programs for the ABC Media Networks Group.
