The head of the French broadcasting’s regulatory body, Dominique Baudis, will address attendees at the 2001 NAB European Radio Conference, slated for Nov. 11-13 in Paris.
Baudis entered the post of president of the Conseil superieur de l’audiovisuel on Jan. 17. Previously he was the mayor of Toulouse and a member of several French and European government groups. Before that he worked as a journalist for 10 years, interviewing figures such as Fidel Castro and Yasser Arafat and writing several novels.
