Chuck Lontine says a recent fundraiser proves that local radio is alive and well in Denver.
“The Marconi Media Foundation co-hosted a charity fundraiser featuring Dahn Rahn & Friends and raised over $20,000 for The Children’s Diabetes Foundation of Denver,” the radio broker announced.
“With the help of smooth jazz outlet KKHI(FM) Stags Leap Vineyards and Mercedes-Benz the event was sold out.”
The station is owned by Bustos Media.
The Marconi Foundation is a new venture from Lontine, who says its goal is to raise funds for area charities with Marconi radio clients and area business that have established relationships with Marconi.
