The FCC hopes to collect roughly $273 million in regulatory fees for fiscal year 2004. The proposed fees range from $350 for a Class C AM in markets with populations of less than 25,000 to $8,775 for Class B, C, C0, C1 and C2 FMs in markets with more than 3 million people. On average fees rose 1.5% over what was proposed last year.
