Minneapolis-based AllOver Media has purchased Gas Station Radio.
Gas Station Radio delivers audio advertising, mixed with music, local news and sponsored auto-care tips to gas pump users in numerous markets. Terms were not announced.
AllOver Media Founder Tony Jacobson calls the content a “multifaceted experience” at the pump. The acquisition allows for a heightened advertising presence at its network of 50,000 gas station locations in the U.S. and Canada.
This latest acquisition follows one in May when AllOver Media purchased Trans Media Group, which expanded its indoor network and expanded the company’s access into the bus transit industry.
AllOver Media says it specializes in the hard-to-reach, on-the-go consumer.
