Rehr is the author of “The Congressional Communications Report,” research on communication methods and preferences of congressional offices, their staff, and those working to influence them. He also graduated with a Ph.D. in economics from George Mason University.

As senior associate dean, Rehr will work with the university’s team and faculty to further build on its reputation, continue to raise its visibility in the Washington area, and to serve as the chief operating officer of the school, stated the release.
