Georgia Station Fined for ‘Repeated, Willful’ Violations

Also out of the FCC this week is a $15,000 fine against Small Town Radio Inc., licensee of WDGR(AM) in Dahlonega, Ga.
The violations involved failure to maintain operational EAS gear and to enclose the tower within an effective locked fence.
The original notice was issued in November and Small Town did not respond to it.
