Streaming, Internet sales and e-commerce infrastructure services provider GlobalMedia.com is partnering with ad targeting Hiwire, Inc. HiWire will provide ad insertion services for GlobalMedia’s almost 200 stations, which include 14 of the top 75 Internet radio stations, as rated by Arbitron Infostream. GlobalMedia will use the Hiwire technology to replace radio stations’ local ads with targeted listener-relevant national ads on their Internet broadcast.
GlobalMedia has also signed an ad representation agreement with Hiwire that allows Hiwire to sell Global Media’s audio inventory.
