The Arizona Broadcasters Association is putting out the call for a round of golf.
But it’s a round of golf for a good cause.
The association’s 10th Annual AMBER Alert Golf Classic is scheduled for May 9, at the Camelback Golf Club in Scottsdale, Ariz. The ABA is looking for participants and sponsors for the remaining sponsorship avails.
Funds raised go to several good causes — the Arizona AMBER Alert program, broadcast scholarship programs at Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University, the High School Broadcast Institute at Arizona State University and the Native American Broadcast Workshop at Northern Arizona University.
