Gordon to Host New NPR Program
Publish date:

Ed Gordon will host a new public affairs program for NPR that's set to launch in early 2005. The show will focus on news, trends and topical issues of interest to African-Americans, say NPR and the African American Public Radio Consortium.
Both NPR and the consortium created the show, to be called "News & Notes with Ed Gordon."
Gordon was recently named a contributing correspondent for "60 Minutes Wednesday" on CBS. He also reported for the "Today Show" and "Dateline" during his years at NBC.
