Greene Upped in Enforcement Bureau

Marcy Greene has been named assistant division chief of the FCC Enforcement Bureau’s Telecommunications Consumers Division. Her responsibilities include managing and supervising investigations of potential violations of the commission’s consumer protection rules for common carriers and other companies.
Most recently an attorney advisor in the Enforcement Bureau, Greene’s FCC career also includes serving in the Wireline Competition Bureau. Before coming to the agency, Greene was an assistant general counsel for Excel Communications, Inc., and an associate at the firm of Swidler, Berlin, Shereff, Friedman, LLP.
