Scott Kamm of Sioux City, Iowa, is now on the hook for $12,000. The FCC reaffirmed its penalty after it stated Kamm did not respond to an earlier notice for causing interference to ham frequency 146.31 MHz by transmitting music on his ham station.
The agency stated he also did not identify his station by call sign.
