Hanover Partners To Acquire Audio Precision

The sale of Audio Precision to Hanover Partners is nearly closed. A confidential letter of intent was signed earlier this summer, and final agreement has now been signed with the final closing expected before Oct. 1.
This sale represents a change in ownership, but the name, location, staff including management and products will remain unchanged, said officials.
Bruce Hofer, president of Audio Precision, said, “It (the deal) simultaneously accomplishes a desirable restructuring based on existing key personnel and provides expertise and resources for even more significant growth and success than we have experienced.”
