Harman Pro North American relocated all of its operations from Nashville to Northridge California in a move meant to enhance customer service and provide longer service hours. “From our new location we can support customers in all time zones until the end of their business day,” said Kim Templeman-Holmes, Harman vice president and general manager.
Harman has also added a fourth company to its portfolio, Studer. Studer President Bruno Hochstrasser stated that allowing Harman Pro North America to spearhead sales and support activities in the U.S. would reduce response times and costs.
