Harris has hired Terry Becht as a district sales manager handling a five-state region.
Becht was with ERI for about 15 years handling radio station infrastructure products, including antennas and towers. He lives in Indiana but will move to Texas within a year, according to Harris North American Radio National Sales Manager Chris Pannell. Becht replaces Lyle Garrison, who recently joined Broadcast Electronics.
Pannell called Becht “a real pillar in radio station infrastructure.” His region includes Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi. He starts Monday and will be at NAB with Harris.
