Harvey Signs Extension

Extension includes more opportunities with Clear Channel

The seemingly omnipresent Steve Harvey has signed a five-year extension for his Premiere Networks radio program, “The Steve Harvey Morning Show.” Premiere is an arm of Clear Channel Media and Entertainment.

In addition to the extension, Harvey is signed-on to have a greater presence with Clear Channel through new programming, specials, public appearances, promotional events and more. In fact, the announcement noted, “He will also serve as a spokesperson for the company.”

Harvey said, “My life has been an amazing ride, and when you can do business in a big way, it makes the ride all the more amazing.”

Clear Channel Media and Entertainment Chairman and CEO John Hogan said, “Steve is an unrivaled talent with success across multiple media platforms and we are thrilled to expand our partnership with him and collaborate on new opportunities to further drive business growth.”

Besides a being a highly-rated morning radio show host, Harvey also does television talk and game shows, writes books and occasionally takes on movie roles.
