HD Radio Comes Standard on 2015 Subaru Legacy

Model expected at dealerships this summer

Subaru is making HD Radio standard on its 2015 Legacy.

The new models are expected to arrive at dealerships this summer.

This is the third Subaru model to feature HD Radio as standard equipment, after the BRZ and WRX.

Subaru says it has upgraded its infotainment system in the 2015 Legacy, featuring a 6-inch display screen with AM/FM and HD Radio, RDS, CD player, and connectivity with Aha and Pandora integration, rear vision camera, Bluetooth hands-free phone connectivity and audio streaming, iPod control capability, USB port and aux input jack. Drivers can use swipe and scrolling gestures to control the display.

The upgraded infotainment system adds a six-speaker audio system with 7-inch touchscreen display, SiriusXM satellite radio, SMS text messaging, iTunes tagging capability and dual USB ports.
