Westwood One named its top lawyer David Hillman to the new post of executive VP of business affairs and general counsel. He already had the latter title but now adds responsibility for management and oversight of the company’s business development, business affairs and strategic initiatives.
He works out of New York and reports to President/CEO Peter Kosann.
