Hosa Technology Provides Scholarships

Company puts its money where its mouth is

Mayumi Martinez, Hosa Technology and Beth Marlis, Musicians Institute Hosa Technology has initiated an audio engineering scholarship program.

The audio equipment and accessories manufacturer is funding $1,000 scholarships for the Audio Engineering program at the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles. The program is aimed at full-time students.

Musicians Institute Vice President of Industry and Community Relations at and Executive Director of The Musicians Foundation Beth Marlis said, “A scholarship program of this nature can make a considerable difference in a student’s ability to pursue their musical aspirations.”

Hosa Technology CEO Mayumi Martinez said, “Musicians Institute is a vital link in the education of up and coming musicians and audio engineers, and we are very pleased to offer our support to those students deserving of financial assistance … I believe our participation in this endeavor allows us to give back to the community while investing in the next generation of music and audio professionals.”
