Howard University-owned WHUR makes its transition to digital as HD Radios are becoming available to the public. At CES, Kenwood USA unveiled the KTC-HR100 HD Radio Tuner, which is shipping to retailers this month. The new digital tuner is designed for use with Kenwood Excelon and Kenwood in-dash DVD/CD receivers and works with two-dozen 2003 and 2004 Kenwood models, including 15 models introduced last week at CES.
