Dean Technology Inc. has acquired a Chinese company with which it had a joint venture partner.
The company is Anshan Sun Locus HV Components Corp. Ltd. Dean is parent company of HV Component Associates.
ASL makes high-voltage diodes. The acquisition brings Dean’s payroll to 300 people. The company now has four divisions: HVCA, CKE, ASL and High Voltage Power Solutions Inc.
