iBiquity to Show at CES

Visitors to next month’s CES show in Las Vegas will get a look at the new iBiquity Digital Corp.
The 2001 International CES will be the consumer’s first real chance to see what iBiquity is up to now that the merger of the former USA Digital Radio and Lucent Digital Radio has been completed.
iBiquity will conduct a live digital broadcast from a Las Vegas radio station. Van rides will be offered to show off the company’s iDAB in-band, on-channel digital radio system in the mobile environment.
The company will exhibit wireless data on kiosks displaying a “car radio of the future” in the Kenwood, Alpine and Visteon booths, and will promote its PAC compression technology.
