International Datacasting Corp. (IDC) has partnered with its New Zealand distributor, AVW, to modernize The Radio Network‘s satellite distribution network using IDC’s SuperFlex Pro Audio satellite products.
The Radio Network consists of 128 stations operating across 26 markets in New Zealand. Its stations include Easy Mix, Flava, Coast, ZM, Radio Sport and others.
The SuperFlex line is a DVB-S2 IP-based satellite network that supports the integration of live satellite feeds with automated local program and ad insertion capabilities.
AVW will implement the new uplink system and provide support on the SuperFlex Pro Audio system backed up by IDC’s Priority 247 Support organization.
