Canadian supplier International Datacasting Corp. said it plans to acquire all the shares of PROFline B.V., a privately-held company in the Netherlands that sells network equipment and systems for the digital satellite and cable broadcast markets.
The transaction is expected to close Nov. 1, subject to regulatory approvals.
