iHeart Announces Personnel Changes in Chicago and St. Louis

Spring means it’s time to freshen up sales and programming teams apparently

iHeartMedia Chicago says Khatija Mohiuddin has been named general sales manager for WGCI(FM) and WKSC(FM); and Brian McGhee has been named general sales manager for WVAZ(FM) and WGRB(AM), effective May 21. Also, the company announced Matt Johnson has been named program director for KSLZ(FM) in St. Louis.

Mohiuddin and McGhee will report to iHeartMedia Chicago Region Senior Vice President of Sales Adam Kurtz.

Mohiuddin most recently served as local sales manager for WGCI(FM) and WGRB(AM). Prior to returning to iHeartMedia Chicago in 2016, she served as an account executive at WTMX(FM) in Chicago. Mohiuddin began her sales career with Chicago’s WLIT(FM) in 2005.

Brian McGhee most recently served as sales manager for KLOU(FM), KATS(AM/FM) and W279AQ in St. Louis. McGhee, a Waukegan, Ill., native, has previously held account executive and general sales manager positions for Max Media in Carbondale, Ill. He has also worked as an account executive for iHeartMedia Nashville.

iHeartMedia Chicago owns and operates WKSC(FM), WLIT(FM), WEBG(FM), WVAZ(FM), WGCI(FM) and WGRB(AM), and is part of iHeartMedia.

Matt Johnson has been programming top 40 stations for more than 15 years, with stops at WDKF in Dayton, WXKB in Ft. Myers and KUDD in Salt Lake City.

iHeartMedia St. Louis owns and operates KLOU(FM), KSD(FM), KSLZ(FM), KATZ(FM), KLLT(FM), KATZ(HD) and KATZ(AM).
