iHeartMedia has promoted five senior programming executives to division executive vice presidents of programming for the iHeartMedia National Programming Group, reporting to National Programming Group Executive Vice President and General Manager Brad Hardin, effective immediately.
Tony Coles, Steve Geofferies, Andrew Jeffries, Thea Mitchem and Meg Stevens all most recently served as senior vice presidents of programming. They join current Division Executive Vice President of Programming Gene Romano.

These promotions are part of iHeartMedia’s recently revamped market structure — now comprised of four geographic divisions, each led by a new division president. The divisions are then subdivided into 36 regions led by region presidents drawn from within the company’s seasoned leadership team.
Each member of the newly created team will partner with a division president to collaborate with each region, providing national programming assets, services and resources. Jeffries and Geofferies will work with Greg Ashlock and the West Division; Coles will work with Matt Martin and the Central Division; Mitchem and Stevens will work with Hartley Adkins and the Northeast Division; and Romano will work with Tom McConnell and the Midwest/Southeast Division.
