In3Media Sells Its Discussion Boards

Radio Ink parent picks up the message boards that used to be part of Radio-Info

Streamline Publishing said it has acquired the Radio Discussions message boards of In3Media.

The buyer is headed by Eric Rhoads; the seller company is headed by Diana Fleming. Those boards had been launched as part of the Radio-Info.com site but were kept when In3Media sold Radio-Info last year to the publisher of Talkers. Doug Fleming founded Radio-Info.com in 1999. He died in 2005; as RW has reported, his parents continued the business but subsequently decided to retire.

This latest move puts the discussion boards under the same corporate family as Radio Ink magazine and Radio & Television Business Report. Streamline Publishing earlier this year acquired the latter titles.

Streamline said it plans to expand the television section of the boards.
