Multimedia consulting, design and integration company Communications Engineering, Inc., has named John Humphrey as CEI’s first director of Business Development, Technical Services.
Humphrey’s quarter century of industry experience includes sales engineering work for television and media systems sales with Digital Television Solutions, Midwest Communications, Azcar Systems Integration and Sony Broadcast. He has also worked in operations and engineering at TV stations and production companies and is a member of SMPTE. He has served as chairman and vice chairman of the Pittsburgh SBE Chapter 20 and is an SBE Certified Professional Broadcast Engineer.
“John’s experience in television technology systems, excellent knowledge of the industry marketplace and business drivers will be an important asset as we continue to provide expert technical service, support and piece-of-mind to our clients,” said Vice President of Technical Services Frank Giliotti.
