Infinity Broadcasting, the radio broadcasting and outdoor advertising division of Viacom Inc., and Westwood One have acquired approximately 690,000 shares of DG Systems, which delivers short-form audio and video content to the broadcast industry.
Infinity and Westwood converted their 50% ownership of Musicam Express, LLC (which was also 50% held by StarGuide) into DG Systems shares. StarGuide is a wholly owned subsidiary of DG Systems. It supplies program delivery and radio spot delivery systems and services to radio, including Infinity and Westwood.
