The outdoor advertising divisions of Infinity Broadcasting Corp. — Infinity Outdoor and TDI — are now one entity: The Viacom Outdoor Group. Viacom Outdoor holds advertising properties in all of the nation’s top 100 markets, according to the company. The group is to be run by President and CEO Wally Kelly who previously served in a similar capacity at Infinity Outdoor.
Infinity Broadcasting Corp., a unit of Viacom Inc., also owns more than 180 radio stations and manages and holds an equity position in Westwood One Inc.
