Sentica has received an investment from Intel Capital for SenticaXchange software.
The software is a wireless convergence platform program allowing enterprises, portals, carriers and others to send voice, video and data while simultaneously allowing real-time transactions over wired or wireless devices.
This investment is designed to help Sentica install its platform for a number of global partners. The company continues to seek partnerships with e-businesses that need to convert existing applications to wireless while creating new revenue opportunities.
The convergence engine is designed to exceed current limited “screen scraping” or rendering technologies, which allow non-scalable transmission of Web sites. The software captures data from applications – back office, Internet and Intranet – and provides full mix media communication interaction including m-commerce with any wireless device.
