Intelix Restructures Sales Approach

Audio/video hardware and software maker Intelix said it is reconfiguring its sales and customer approach for several Midwestern states by creating two-person teams consisting of a sales representative and an engineer who will manage A/V installation from sales to support.
The company’s sales representative force in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and the Dakotas will be restructured in this fashion. According to Intelix, this effort will “create a closer, mutually beneficial relationship with their dealers, offering quicker answers and better solutions.”
The company said the teams, located at the company’s manufacturing center, will be able to quickly access the company’s appropriate resources.
