Ad sales and marketer Interep visited the offices of agency Carat USA as part of a radio promotional tour “to better educate all levels of agency decision-makers about the medium.” Interep calls the tour Radio Daze; it was held in Carat USA offices in New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Chicago.
Jeff Dashev, president of the Interep Sales Division, said the presentations, discussions and receptions “provided a forum for planners and other agency decision-makers who have limited contact with national reps to learn more about the opportunities that radio and Interep has to offer.”
Dashey also repeated a goal of attracting 10% of the ad pie to radio by 2010.
John Sterling and Tom Leykis were among those participating in the events. Interep plans to visit other agencies throughout the year.
