Maine-based antenna builder Dielectric has successfully renewed its ISO 9001:2000 certification.
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) certification governs developing and maintaining industry standards in areas such as quality control, documentation and customer service and support.
Dielectric President Garrett VanAtta made the announcement.
The antenna maker says its ISO-compliant policies and quality-assurance procedures lead to improved documentation, streamlined processes for responding to product or service matters and an emphasis on anticipating and quickly resolving product purchase and installation questions.
It is in the process of registering to the new ISO 9001:2008 standard.
