Media research firm Coleman Insights has hired Joanna Douglas as a vice president, effective June 3. Douglas joins Coleman Insights with strong research and media experience, including 13 years at Arbitron, where she helped roll out the Portable People Meter.
Douglas began at Arbitron as a senior account manager and training specialist before becoming PPM implementation manager and then director of sales, regional manager. Prior to that, she worked as a radio sales manager for McClure Broadcasting and Clancy-Mance Communications, as well as a media buyer for Ackerman McQueen.
Coleman Insights is headquartered in Research Triangle Park, N.C., with offices in Philadelphia and Hamburg, Germany.
